xSlot Head Dee Shackles are made from high quality AISI 316 type marine grade stainless steel and are specifically designed for shade sail installations as well as general purpose a marine applications where the head of the pin needs to be concealed or kept fastened.
Slot head refers to the head of the pin which sits flush with the dee shackle.
Slot head dee shackles are available in either 'cast' or 'forged'. Cast means that the stainless steel has been heated until molten and poured into a mould of the dee shackle while forged means that it has been physically forced into the shape of the dee shackle while still in solid form. Forged metals are generally stronger and have a higher breaking load.

If your returned item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund or charge a restocking fee. Return freight is payable by the customer.
